Little Comforts Review And Giveaway!

Thursday, January 24, 2013

So EVERYONE knows I love cloth diapers.  I'm a huge supporter of the cloth diapering movement, and love my fluff stash just as much as the next cloth diapering mama.  I recently got a chance to try Little Comforts Bambee OS Bambee Fitted Cloth Diaper by Little Comforts.  Green Team Enterprises Distribution is the EXCLUSIVE USA distributor of Little Comforts products.  These diapers are INCREDIBLY soft and squishy.  It's a fitted diaper, which means you have to use a cover with it.  The Little Comforts line includes fitteds, Popeasy Mini and Maxi pocket diapers, prefold boosters, diaper covers, changing mats, wipes, liners, wet bags and more.

The Bambee one-size is made of 80% bamboo pico/20% polyester and 70% bamboo/30% cotton fleece. The addition of polyester means this diaper dries more quickly than 100% bamboo. The snap-in bamboo/cotton soakers can be used together or separately.

I used mine as a nighttime diaper, and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't leak at ALL.  My daughter is a super heavy wetter (As many little girls are) and I usually have to put a microfiber insert on top of my regular AIO diaper.

But really, above all, this is the softest, most luxurious diaper I've felt yet.  Even after repeated washings, this diaper is still incredibly soft.  It's a one size fitted, which means that it will fit your child from birth to potty training, which is a huge plus-especially at the price point of $18-$19.  It's got a simple snap construction so you can easily change the size of the diaper.  The insert just snaps in, and as I said before, it's extremely absorbent.

I used to be somewhat intimidated of fitted diapers-but I have no idea what my problem was.  This was an easy diaper to use, and I have no problem recommending it!  The best part of all is that I get to give one away to a reader!  This giveaway is US only though, so remember that when entering!

I like pockets the best, but will reach for a fitted for night time use.

Fitted diapers are the only night time solution we use in our house, paired with a nice pair of woolies!

I have a little chunky monkey so we found that fitteds work best for him for fit but we also like the AIO.

I love the fitteds for night time! Although, I don't usually use them during the day.
