TriCalm Review and Giveaway!

Tuesday, January 15, 2013

While I was growing up in California, I'd see ads on TV that boasted relief from dry, itchy winter skin.  It always dumbfounded me.  I never had dry, itchy winter skin!

Then I moved to Kentucky.

It's AMAZING what a difference a change in region can make on your skin.  If I don't put lotion on EVERY SINGLE DAY, my legs get super itchy in spots.  I originally didn't think it was normal, until I talked to a few friends who said that what I was experiencing was a pretty commonplace phenomena.

Even when I do slather on lotion, I can still have times when my legs itch.  Scratching only makes it worse!

I had never thought to try an anti-itch cream on the areas, as I thought those products were for bug bites or rashes.  When I was approached by Moms Meet to do a review of the TriCalm, I read about the uses and discovered I could use it on my dry skin!

When you first apply it, there is a little odor of rubbing alcohol, but it's not overwhelming.  The gel goes on clear, and has a cooling effect.  Within minutes my itchy skin was satisfied.  I will DEFINITELY be using TriCalm on my whole family's summer bug bites and skin irritations!  TriCalm is also chock full of some great skin-beneficial ingredients:

  • TriCalm's formula contains COSMEDERM-7, a compound of strontium, a naturally occurring element found in leafy green vegetables.
  • TriCalm is safe to use daily on kids and adults and FDA-approved.
  • TriCalm is non-numbing, and works on contact to provide rapid itch relief from bug bites, rashes, sunburns, poison oak/ivy, and more.  It may also help relief dry skin and eczema-related symptoms.
  • TriCalm does not increase sensitivity to UV rays, so it is safe to use while spending time in the sun.

You can keep up with TriCalm on Facebook and Twitter!

Their product retails for a little over $9 per tube, but a little goes a LONG way.  And just because I love you, I'm giving away TWO tubes of TriCalm to some lucky readers!  Enter below!
